The details on Colorado bridal show | Wine & Nosh 2013 | Colorado Springs wedding planner

Ooh bridal show season is in full swing!! Haven't you been hearing about them on the radio? This one is giving away a entire wedding and that one has discounts galore! Well I am here to tell you about ONE more! :) We aren't giving away an entire wedding but we have an amazing line up of events planned!

Wine & Nosh 2013 is a unique approach to the bridal show world. Three years ago when we did the first Wine & Nosh you didn't see many other bridal shows like this! What's so different you ask? You will not walk in and see 8ft tables squeezed against the wall with no room in between. Vendors will not be jumping out from behind their table with their sales car approach, but instead we invite you to come and relax in a inviting atmosphere. The vendors selected for this event were hand picked and chosen with great care in regards for the atmosphere of the event. We hope you enjoy meeting them as much as I have enjoyed working with all of them! They truly are all FABULOUS!!!

Besides the inviting atmosphere we welcome you to come sip on a glass of wine, enjoy a little nosh (definition: to eat a small snack) and see a spectacular fashion show put on by the Castle Rock bridal boutique Wedding Treasures. In addition to the fashion show we will have flair bartenders from Peak Beverage showing off their bartender skills (or acting like Tom Cruise in Cocktail!!!!), throwing up bottles and glasses for all to see. How cool would that be to have at your own wedding?

Raffle drawings will take place throughout the night for all attending brides with chances to win free attire, photography deals, entertainment discounts and so much more! There are so many artistic and talented vendors participating in the show that you just need to come and see for yourself!

You don't want to miss this amazing bridal show in Albert's Lodge at the beautiful Spruce Mountain Ranch on February 9 at 4pm. Please RSVP to Sarah@sarahvieraevents.com for your spot. First 50 brides will receive a gift bag full of goodies and a bottle of wine to take home!!!!

Colorado Springs Wedding Planner | A Picture Perfect Moment with Robert Villena

“I see the world differently than most people do. I’ve trained myself to see the world the way a camera would. Even in my everyday life I see shapes, lines, light, shadow, color, tone and balance. When these elements are combined with a sense of timing and anticipation the result is the ability to not only capture those moments that are often missed, but to capture them in a uniquely beautiful and artistic way.” Robert Villena expresses his passion perfectly, the passion that fills his everyday life and allows it to be captured on film for the memories to last a lifetime.

Robert, owner of Robert Villena Photography, fell in love with photography when he was taking pictures at his friend’s wedding with just a simple point and click camera. The idea that he could capture such beautiful moments with such simple technology amazed him and only from there did his passion expand.

Robert has amazing pictures from all over the Country of places he has toured, pictures from around town and pictures taken from his IPhone! The creative passion in Robert is exploding and if you would like to be a part of that there are two ways you can. Join Robert at the Sundance Mountain Bridal Show on April 10 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. There you will be able to view Robert’s work, learn a little about him and see how passionate he really is when he talks photography.

Another way to meet Robert is through his photography workshops he hosts in Garden of the Gods. The workshops consist of a three hour course where he will assist beginners or advanced photographers in learning about their camera, taking pictures and enjoying the beauty of the art of photography.

Like most professionals in the industry the most rewarding part to Robert is seeing and hearing the reactions of the couples when they see his work. To this day it is still his favorite part of what he does.

Come Sunday, April 10 at Sundance Mountain Lodge and meet Robert of Robert Villena Photography.

Included in the catering price one has a wide variety of inventory to choice from for centerpieces and décor items for their event. Their inventory ranges from linens, plates, glassware, flatware, vases, and so much more. It’s impossible to beat the quality and top of the line décor items for the price!

Sundance Mountain Lodge is hosting their first ever bridal show on April 10 from 4-8PM. Alongside Sarah Viera Event Planning & Design and Magnifica Bella, Sundance Mountain Lodge will provide an enticing atmosphere for brides and their guests to come relax and enjoy wine, cigars and tapas while conversing with professional vendors in the industry.

Sundance Mountain Lodge is a perfect location for any wedding. The Colorado-owned, boutique hotel sits on five acres filled with a walking trail and duck pond. In the central courtyard it features streams, waterfalls and a gazebo where many weddings take place throughout the year. The backdrop of the gazebo is the beautiful mountain range with views of Sundance Mountain, Monument Hill, Pikes Peak, and the mountains of the Colorado Front Range. Whether performing a ceremony under the gazebo or indoors in the 3,600 square foot naturally lit ballroom the wedding will be breathtaking. The ballroom opens onto the large patio and courtyard and provides outstanding views of the mountains, patio seating for guests to enjoy the warm summer weather and the fire pit with s’mores for the kids!

One reason brides chose Sundance Mountain Lodge – their customer service and the personal attention they receive from Jennifer Jacks, the catering manager, and her exceptional staff. Jennifer and the staff not only provide top notch service from the catering stand point, but they go above and beyond giving the bride personal attention with assisting in planning and coordinating their wedding. Jennifer has an extensive list of esteemed, professional vendors that she provides to brides to put them at ease when they need assistance or guidance when needing a baker, photographer or florist.

In addition to having a wedding at Sundance Mountain Lodge also consider having a rehearsal dinner, sunday brunch or any other celebration either in the ballroom or at Oakley’s upstairs. Oakley’s-a favorite local hangout has two distinct rooms: The café for breakfast, burgers and live music and The Bistro for quiet lunch, dinner or private parties. There are plenty of nightly specials at Oakley’s; Fridays Karaoke starts at 8PM, Saturday’s live music starts at 9PM, $2. Margaritas on Wednesday and $2. Bloodies and Mimosas on Sundays.

Sundance Mountain Lodge is already booking weddings for 2012 so stop by and check out the beautiful venue. And while there stop by the bridal suite; it’s a gorgeous, spacious room where the bride and her bridal party can get ready at with plenty of room the day of the wedding then the bride and groom will receive chocolate covered strawberries and breakfast in bed!!!!

Whether it’s a wedding, rehearsal dinner, conference, convention or just a weekend away come stay at Sundance Mountain Lodge.
