I will admit I am an award show junkie. I love cuddling up on the couch with my daughter, Natali, sipping champagne and cheering along with the winners as they take the stage.
The ICON Awards honor the best and brightest professionals in the special events industry. It is similar to the Oscars or Grammy's and a wedding I coordinated has been nominated.

Guests arrived to the ceremony site by horse drawn carriages and could visit the ladies and gentleman corners before taking their seat.
Guests were greeted and offered a specialty drink to begin their night of Southern hospitality. Blue Blazor, Mint Julep, and a Fire Fly cocktail were enjoyed by all.
Spruce Mountain debuted its new ceremony site; Grace's Chapel. Named after Tara's daughter Grace, the site is just as beautiful as Grace herself.
Bagpipers welcomed David down the aisle while a trio played for the beautiful bride to enter.
Cocktail hour allowed guests to enjoy signature drinks and Southern style appetizers while a strolling saxophonist played in the back ground.

Guests moved into Albert's Lodge which had been transformed into a scene right out of Charleston, South Carolina. Moss hung from the tree's while fire flies lit the sky. It was absolutely stunning. Flowers and candlelight filled and lit the room with an amazing aroma and beauty like no other. Southern style dinner of She Crab Soup and Filet Oscar with Sauce Bearnaise were served in synchronized service by Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering.
Upon finding their seats guests were treated to a world famous praline from River Street Treats, favorite of Tara and David's.
After cake and ice cream sundae's for dessert, guests were given a morning snack of a fresh baked cinnamon roll to enjoy the next day!
