The Paper Mavens | Designing wedding paper needs | Colorado Springs Wedding Planner

Is it possible to be obsessed with paper? According to Merriam Webster the definition to ‘obsess’ is to “haunt or excessively preoccupy the mind.” I think that exact definition fits perfectly with Kimberly Kee and her passion “obsession” with paper.

Kimberly Kee, owner of The Paper Mavens loves colors, textures, and the way paper can be used to visually communicate personality, style and brand. The designers at The Paper Mavens take pride in their work and creating a unique product that will guarantee your satisfaction.

With the wedding season upon us, invitations are on the top of the list of things brides need to do. When working with The Paper Mavens they have the ability to bring your vision to life with one-of-a-kind, handcrafted invitations, cards, menus, save the dates and many other possible stationary needs for your special day. They truly are a personal touch to your special day.

A personal testimony from a past client describes just how wonderful The Paper Mavens are. Jennifer B stated: “We received so many compliments on the invitations, that it may be the most remembered element of the party! I think that a lot of people who may not have come made plans to be there because, with an invitation like that, they just knew the party was going to be great. You captured what I wanted better than I described it –thank you So much!” The testimonial alone makes you want to call The Paper Mavens right now!

But instead of calling them, why not come down to Sundance Mountain Lodge on Sunday, April 10 between 4:00-8:00 p.m. for a bridal show to meet Kimberly Kee yourself. Kimberly will be showcasing material designed from The Paper Mavens at the bridal show hosted by Magnifica Bella, Sarah Viera Event Planning & Design and The Sundance Mountain Lodge.

Programs will be designed by The Paper Mavens for all guests to receive at the bridal show. Please click here for more information on the bridal show held at Sundance Mountain Lodge.

Colorado Springs Wedding Planner | A ShutterBooth Experience

Pictures can say a thousand words and the pictures provided by the photographer are priceless. They capture the special moments, the details, and the most important people in one’s life. But what about the funny faces friends make while behind the shade? Or the bride and groom letting loose with silly glasses and mustaches? These are the priceless, unique moments that guests can have fun with while having the ShutterBooth experience at a wedding.

ShutterBooth can create experiences with your guests like no other. They are able to capture unique, candid moments as your guests enjoy the spontaneity of posing for pictures in a fun, silly way. Props such as; mustaches on a stick in various varieties and colors, fedora’s, King and Queen crowns, and different pairs of eye glasses with mustaches, noses and eyebrows attached can all add to the experience. Pictures print immediately for you and your guests to each take a copy for keepsakes and memories of a lifetime.

ShutterBooth is more than a photo booth where friends can take silly pictures. They can provide a customized logo to tie into your wedding day that will be printed on each picture given to your guest. They offer the red carpet treatment, save the date cards, and videos to make your experience one you and your guests will never forget.

Popular accessories provided by ShutterBooth are scrapbooks. Guests take a picture, placing one strip into the scrapbook and writing a personalized message to the bride and groom and keeping the other strip for themselves. This is a unique and ever popular idea for a guest book!

If you would like to experience ShutterBooth, come to the bridal show on Sunday, April 10 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. ShutterBooth will have a booth set up in the ballroom of The Sundance Mountain Lodge where guests can enjoy some fun and silly moments.

Randy Glassman from ShutterBooth Denver will be able to answer any questions you may have and to provide you with the top notch service that ShutterBooth offers. They are “dedicated to exceeding your service expectations and their business is based upon the philosophy of not being willing to settle for the minimum requirement or the minimum expected, but by the philosophy of taking pleasure in going the extra mike in enthusiastically serving the needs of our clientele”. Colorado Springs Wedding Planner | A Picture Perfect Moment with Robert Villena

“I see the world differently than most people do. I’ve trained myself to see the world the way a camera would. Even in my everyday life I see shapes, lines, light, shadow, color, tone and balance. When these elements are combined with a sense of timing and anticipation the result is the ability to not only capture those moments that are often missed, but to capture them in a uniquely beautiful and artistic way.” Robert Villena expresses his passion perfectly, the passion that fills his everyday life and allows it to be captured on film for the memories to last a lifetime.

Robert, owner of Robert Villena Photography, fell in love with photography when he was taking pictures at his friend’s wedding with just a simple point and click camera. The idea that he could capture such beautiful moments with such simple technology amazed him and only from there did his passion expand.

Robert has amazing pictures from all over the Country of places he has toured, pictures from around town and pictures taken from his IPhone! The creative passion in Robert is exploding and if you would like to be a part of that there are two ways you can. Join Robert at the Sundance Mountain Bridal Show on April 10 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. There you will be able to view Robert’s work, learn a little about him and see how passionate he really is when he talks photography.

Another way to meet Robert is through his photography workshops he hosts in Garden of the Gods. The workshops consist of a three hour course where he will assist beginners or advanced photographers in learning about their camera, taking pictures and enjoying the beauty of the art of photography.

Like most professionals in the industry the most rewarding part to Robert is seeing and hearing the reactions of the couples when they see his work. To this day it is still his favorite part of what he does.

Come Sunday, April 10 at Sundance Mountain Lodge and meet Robert of Robert Villena Photography.
